I had learned something from this video. Although it is an advertisement of an Insurance of Thailand, but it had success bring out the value.

Expectation may cause more stress than joy, sometimes you may not get the return. Return can in many type, maybe it can be words, action, a smile, and so on. Sometime is may just a small manner for us to help others but it maybe is mean a lot to others. You will feel good because when you are helping others and others feel good because they are getting help.
You may not get anything but you does receive the emotional like happiness and feel the love, that money can't buy.
